Change My Lost Password:

Use this page to replace your lost password. Changing your password is a two step process. First, enter your account email address and hit the request button. We will then confirm your identity by sending a confirmation email to it.

That confirmation email will contain a code that you must enter on the second step. If a successful code is entered within 30 minutes, you will then be allowed to set a new password.
