Attacks Via Microsoft.com

Is anyone else getting cyber attacks from Microsoft's 20.x IP Ranges. The IP's can be both domestic or abroad.

A few example that rotate & attacks daily! ... The sad thing is I got more IP's!

Are MS Web Servers security that bad or is this the part where I insert a popular conspiracy theory on who is behind these attacks?

Update: I have ruled out the 'Grays' because they just want their ufo back... ha, ha.
